Northeast Indiana (Auburn) | Back in my younger years I would mow hay with a 3 point mower, rotary hoe soybeans or corn, cultivate and then hook onto a square baler in the same day. A quick hitch was not used at first but when I got one it sure made hooking up things a lot easier. Now the only thing I put on the three point hitch is a finnish mower and yes it is setup for a quick hitch. Looking back over the past 50 years everything was pull type, then came a period mostly the 60's and 70's when most implements were geared for three point hitch. Then as things got bigger everything grew a tongue. |
