I'm pretty sure the bolt pattern is the same but I believe Deere uses a different dished rim for the inside wheel. If I remember correctly the outside Deere rim is the one that Case uses for both. I had to put a couple Deere rims on my 2388 about 4 years so my memory has faded a bit since then.

Edit: The CIH had extra bolt holes (makes 5 groups of 3) between the standard holes like the Deere has. The Deere rim matched but it doesn't use every hole in the CIH final drive.
