We run an SPX3185 in corn, soy and a little small grain. If the field is fairly large and smooth, I would run 17 or so. Some of the time I would run a range lower, and that's around 12-13 if I remember right (it's been a long winter). Ride on those machines is pretty nice! Best addition to the machine was the RINEX section control. Made turning around so much easier.
