Rich, you would be surprised what those trailers will bring setup and ready to go. They had a couple on a auction here last fall, pretty sure they werent even spreads, with 2-3200 gal tanks, all 3" plumbing, late 80s stuff, that brought $15k plus. There are people out there that will pay it.
