Where I call 'bull puckey' is when you get the point of people claiming that Cummins builds better filters to paint black for CIH or Deere then what they build and sell under their own brand.  Sorry, Charlie, Starkist doesn't want tuna with good tasts, Starkist wants tuna that tastes good.
