Took the starter off as suggested from people on this forum and had it checked out. Repair shop said that these starters get alot of condensation in the "brush" area and thus rust will form and hang the brushes up and not make good contact. All mine needed after 9,000 hrs was a good cleaning up and 2 bushings.$51 later, I put it on and it cranks alot faster now. Thanks to ever one.
