The wheels in front create negative tongue wieght makeing the planter pull harder in soft ground. Any planter like this troulbe in low spots and mud also. With the wheels in the back also makes the bar float with the row units. Not really a concern unless like above you are going over terraces or through ditches. Wheels in the front would make it easier to work on though.
