Hopper height does change on the 1250.
12 & 16R; fully raised: 11 feet, 1 inch (Bulk Fill Tank is highest point)
24R; fully raised with markers: 11 feet, 3 inches (suspect the extra 2 inches are markers, but don't know for sure)
For the planter on the ground, knock off at least 22 inches, probable more like 36-40 inches.
