DE
the flow control valve that's on planter, turn it all the way in to full open. use the flow control valves in tractor to regulate vacuum. Don't take flow control valve off of planter. It acts as a max flow limiter which will protect the fan motor from over speed. Hook vacuum hydraulic lines up to remote #1 and lock lever in forward detent. If you turn flow valve all the way up on tractor and then try to use flow control valve on planter, it will create exessive back pressure on tractor and tractor will go into some sort of " stand by" don't know exact term or phrase and then you won't have sufficient pressure or flow to other remotes to raise planter. Deere tractors don't act that way, it don't matter which way you adjust.
