I'm running Hughes (formerly Direcway) and am happy with the service. It is amazingly fast compared to dialup, but much slower than DSL. Unless you have a laptop and go to a hotel or restuarant with a lightning fast connection, the satelilte speed is "fast enough."
With a proper satelite alignment, a heavy rain is the only thing to stop service.
Satellite recommendations ?
