We nicknamed our STS the Bearcat, best roller mill we have ever owned. I think every JD service man in the county has come out to help us set ours and like you said either corn comes out the back or it gets ground up. Tried every suggestion out there - taking wear bars off of the feed accel. probably helped the most thou. I don't know what to do with this machine, sure works good in soybeans.
