I don't think that is an RS700, the hood is too short. I think the RS700L's had the 1000 C.I Mack V-8 engines in them. That truck looks like a "Value Liner".

My first Mack was a 237, turned up, with a 5 speed, and a crappy spring seat. Lots of fun driving that thing without power steering through the hills in and around Pittsburg, PA, pulling an "air can"! Was in hog heaven when I got a brand new one, in 1980, with 300 and a six speed, with Dynatard engine brake and power steering with a decent air ride seat. Used to deliver "frac sand" to Halliburton.
