Southeastern, IL | I would question if 20 hp will have enough to work if you have very far or high to blow grain. We have a 5" with a 40 hp motor it will run 1800 bu plus/hr. They say alot of systems that will not handle the advertised amount are not designed correct. We adjust our airflow with a automatic air control valve. Yes they will plug. You will want to put the blower in a spot that will have clean air to use if you dont this will plug the filter and will cause the system to get pluged. We spray our air lock down with oil when we get done they seem to be what goes out if you dont keep them lubed so they dont rust. Here are some pics of our system.
