The trak star has a 6 pin connector on it and I believe a ground wire...?, that plugs into the 6 pin side. The 3 pin end plugs into the radar lead off of the main harness. If I remember that main harness had both a speed sensor/magnet lead and a radar lead, obviously you'd only use one. 'long time since I used one.
