Theisen's has metric bolt in the local store. By the pound. But I think a different price from SAE bolts.
McMaster-Carr has a wide selection of metric bolts, but by the box of 25 or 100 in most cases.
Baum Hydraulics has a selection of metric bolts, mostly in boxes of 10.
