If the Honda ran fine for the first two tanks of E 30, I would check for a dirty fuel filter restricting fuel flow and running it lean. Any problem with running E30 should have shown itself within the first few miles. Ethanol is a good fuel system cleaner, it may have dissolved fuel sludge from your fuel system and deposited it in the fuel filter.
