I would avoid the older models with the ladder style front hitch. I think a 95 would be newer than that, but not sure. look to see if it's had the 3 prong main lift cylinder update. If not it's probably been welded on in that area. Check the reels and specifically the "spiders" that the reel balades bolt to. Beyond that most issues will be visible.
