Central Iowa | I am going to be sidedressing corn this year with a 3 pt 11 knife applicator following a 12 row 30" planter after the corn is up. I have seen some people using only 6 knives on 60" centers with double tubes. Any thougts or experience on double tubes, closers and what type knives work the best, mole, regular, beavertail etc? I am wondering how the double tube knife would seal since there would be twice the NH3. Thanks for any help you can give me. | |
