Cokato MN | You could get the existing camera or a used replacement camera up and running for less than $200 worst case. Just type what you need into EBAY and you will have choices of parts that would make it work if you can tinker with it yourself.
If you go that route, you can get real time video viewing to see what you are shooting and where you are flying, and control the camera angle from the remote. I think without those features, I would just go camera-less, or tape a cheap go pro clone under the belly, turn it on go fly and capture whatever is underneath it.
It is kind of at the balance point of fix or upgrade, depending on how much you want to tinker or invest, just like every machinery decision.... | |
