Pocahontas, Ia | Rather nice to put some faces the the names on here! I had to leave early, but there were some discussions I would have loved to listen to. Just like here on NAT, I "listen" but rarely contribute.
Anyway, someone mentioned they learned things on NAT that they used to read in farm magazines. When I mentioned this to my wife, she pointed out that I rarely even read those magazines any more. She's right - they go into a stack and eventually get tossed unread. I have canceled all pay newspaper subscriptions and read the on-line versions, but I don't read the on-line versions of the farm magazines - I didn't know why until last night - I have already know what is in them that will interest me. Guess I will stop sending in those renewal "surveys".
edit to add: Thank you Jacob Bolson for taking the time and effort to put that together. Maybe someone will do this for all Ag Shows. I know people come on different days, but maybe a gathering could alter their plans.
