Subject: RE: attn: JoshA and others re: Bale accumulators

Dodgeville wi
computers acting up lets try this again. I have owned four balers so far first three had no accummulator on it baled roughly 100,000 bales so far all 3x3 bales bought a 3x4 used baler with 3000 bales on it with a phiber accummulator on it holds 3 bales when full. you can dump anywheres in a field by the push of a button while baling. the phiber accummulator does not tip back but uses a hydraulic run bar that pushes them off automatically. Very simple to run and monitor in cab will tell you when a bale has been dropped and where its at on the accummulator left side right side etc. 1st year with it not a single break down and would highy recommend it. They are not cheap but we cut our loading time by at least 50%. Only downfall is if you have baler problems misties broken bales whatever the accummulator will sometimes not push all of the broken bale off you will have to push off by hand not a big deal probably only 20% of the bale max if all strings broke. I would never bale without one ever again.
