J910739 is the double-row ball bearing for the radiator fan support. Per a 2000-year service bulletin, you can also install heavier/improved fan belt A77938, water pump w/heavier bearings J800974, and stronger belt tensioner J936209 to beef up your fan drive. Don't install the stouter tensioner without the water pump w/sturdier bearings.
