The actual weights for your calibration loads must be at least 3000lbs each (I think 10000lbs is recommended), and must be within 5% of each other. Also, your % error for each cal load needs to be closely grouped with the other cal loads. For example, if you have 5 loads, with %s error of 2.1, 1.9, 2.4, 2.0, and 4.1, don't use the 4.1 load).

Not sure what 5.0.0.0 is. As far as I know, Case has never had a 5.0 firmware version in their displays. They had 5.0 desktop software, but that's different. What kind of display do you have?
