As I have mentioned before, I know of no benchmark for this deal. Nothing in my library.
We are rapidly drying up the interest income for a lot of folks.
The folks who raced into long bonds are trapped.
We are rapidly drying up dividend income.
Credit cards are bad
C. real estate is imploding
rents in some areas are collapsing
As a stubborn scandinavian and a strong contrarian....I am very cautious about getting too bullish on anything & fearful of bear traps also; I pray I am wrong, but I fear our ride has just begun...inflation down the road, maybe....but I doubt soon. This horse could very well be a new chapter in financial history.....except we do have a safety net for some folks...but that will be a price to pay down the road also. I too tire of all the news and contrasting opinions and try my best to keep it KISS. | |
