The value across pins 1-4 was 385 ohms (spec 375 +/- 30 ohms) and across 2-3 350 ohms (spec 350 +/- 30 ohms). Unfortunately the dealer doesn't have another sensor, at least not one they were willing to loan. Is there any other way to test a sensor other than plugging in one that works or testing resistance? Thanks again.
