northeastern Ohio | "Flood control" is usually the message you get when you accidentally double click on the submit button. It prevents double posts. Maybe your phone is sensitive or maybe it automatically double clicks even when you single click???
I've used my Samsung Galaxy to post pics before. I use Chrome on my phone for the browser, so it might be different if you are using a different browser. Type message. Click on upload files. Click on the upload file button. I then get a tab asking to select action.... pick file. Then you might get a pop-up asking permission,,,, click ok. Then you should see a list of files. Click on the file or files you want. Then click OPEN at the top. After the picture or pictures are uploaded, click on "I'm done".
