Looking into buying an IH 963 Corn head to run on my IH 1440 and later on my future AF. Supposed to have been rebuilt not too long ago and is in good shape. Has knife rolls I'm told. What are the pros and cons of this head? How do they compare to the JD models of the time. Did IH have a High tin model and low tin like Deere? Is $4,000.00 out of line? Thanks.
