Probably has more to do with the certification than anything. Michigan State University has been driving Dodge deisels around since before the 2nd generation of Cummin's. They were putting 100% soyoil in during the summers a long time ago. So it has to do more with the regulations than anything.
I personally burn 20% anytime I find it at a station.
