| I have the same problem you are having with my wells. I installed a pumptec on both of my wells. It senses a drop in amperage drawn by the well pump and shuts the pump down for a preprogramed amount of time. I set my pumptecs for a 90 minute shutdown period to allow the wells to recover. This is not a well level monitor but perhaps it may help save you a pump or two and numerous trips out to the well house to reset the low pressure cut off switch or circuit breaker.
