| I purchased and downloaded a copy of Panda Antivirus 2007. However, I am having trouble getting it installed. The Install Wizard begins, and it appears like it begins to empty the temp folder (I see that message flash), then it quits.
I get the following message:
"Setup has experienced an error. Do the following:
-close running programs
- empty the temp folder
- check internet connections
error code -6002"
I have emptied the temp folder manually.
To the best of my knowledge, there are no other programs running.
I have my dial-up connected.
What am I missing? What do I need to do to get this installed?
I am running Windows XP Home Edition, with IE 6.0.29
