Northern Ohio | Are you in a part of the country where farmland purchase will cash flow? The rest of the country it won't, hasn't for quite a while. Owning farmland today is a luxury, for cash or mostly cash buyers. It's not a good business decision if you need to finance most of the purchase price.
Don't get me wrong, I'd love to buy some, but at these land prices it's hard to justify. But if you can swing it, go for it. | |
