$3-400 for a seat that is 30 years old is cheap.....the suspension on a spring seat would have needed rebuilding too unless it was a plain old coil seat. No it's not over engineered, it is still one of the better seats made in my and most others' opinions. It doesn't bounce like an air seat does.

So you're telling me that it wouldn't have been hot sitting on an IH tractor???? One of the funnier excuses I've heard lately.
