I would NOT recommend installing 15" single wall with a hoe , it barely works when done right . A project like that begs for a design by someone who will outline the water shed acreage going into it and utilizing grade and acreage to size all mains and lateral. My tile company does this for free. Lidar is a practical method of obtaining topography.
How much to charge to put in 15" and 18" tile?
