That tends to be the norm. I've been watching dealer lots and auctions for probably ten years, waiting for a deal, and have never seen an older, experienced lowboy sell significantly under the market. There's just too many buyers. It's one of those things you have to make peace with. Buy junk and make do, or write a check that will make your eyes tear up.
