Central Il Morton | Hired man said the stop light/transmission pressure light was coming on /off mostly when he engaged the pto on the auger wagon. Every thing still works ok but still the warning light keeps sporadically going off.
He is not one to ignore a problem. He checked the Hyd fluid level and although it was above the add mark he topped it off. Surprise, the light quit coming on for several hrs then came on again. He checked the hyd level again and found it down to the add level .With no apparent leaks, like around the hyd couplers or on the cart he started to keep looking.
He found that the transmission sensor had hyd fluid coming out around the wires.
NOW for my question [finally] can I change the sensor with out draining the hyd fluid?
