North Eastern England | You can do it on the machine, take all the concaves and grates out, knock it out of gear and use magnets to stick on the front opposite a heavy spot. Broken cb magmounts are good. This may take a couple of hours. You can use nuts or washers to stick to the magnets to get them real accurate. Then mark where each magnet is and weigh it, next cut some thick plate about an ounce lighter and weld it in place, the ounce is for the welding. I did mine this year and it runs lovely up to 1080rpm. You need to be real fussy and get it spot on!! | |
