West Union, Illinois | pirlbeck - I would still want a way of locking it to the pin for "just in case". It will take a bit of eyeball measurement but find a piece of pipe like was mentioned and drill a couple holes in the right place to stick a bolt in it. Or if not enough room for 2 holes grind a slot in it and weld a couple flat washers in place to hold the bolt. It isn't something needing DOT approval just for moving it. Might require a bit of farmer engineering to make it work but I have confidence in you.
