West Tennessee | My contour master is really acting up this year. We've replaced one sensor and a poppet valve in the valve body already. Now when the header tilts there's a grinding or metal to metal sound coming from the pivot area of the feederhouse. I really need to have this back up and running ASAP so I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and what parts they replaced. I had the parts counter lookup the bushings in the pivot and they are not in stock anywhere close. Apparently no one else has had trouble with these since they are showing like no sales of them. I haven't found anyone locally who's ever touched their contour masters either so I'm looking for some help. I've also noticed that there is definitely some slack in the contour master plate like when you set the header on the ground. Anyone know what parts I need? Thanks BH
