Re. Brent/Unverferth, I agree w/others. They are pretty much identical NOW. Probably trivial differences. Could be wrong though-check it out. Once upon a time, the Brent brand was more deluxe than Unverferth, but dealers complained when they couldn't get the Unverferth line to sell.

In this part of USA (NE IL), the Brent/Unverferth do very well. They're built well (Shell Rock, IA) and seem to last for a long time, which means something called "resale value" that some people don't like to hear about. But-it's out there regardless.
