I have almost exactly what you want except it is only 14.5 ft. Heavy duty John Deere with lights. Part # BN260203 The 3 pt is attached to a bar in front of the main 7x7 so it is very heavy duty. If you need a full 16 foot you could easily just add a foot to each side. I think the side wall is 5/16. Just send me an email.
