Use a section drive motor from a Case IH 1200 series planter and add a flow valve. Not sure what you’re trying to turn but these motors are fairly small and powerful. Max rpm on meters aren’t supposed to exceed 60 rpm but the motor will run faster if wanted. Plenty of guys changing over planters to precision meters and don’t use these anymore.
