You may try Vader haags. Myself I would just buy the blanks and get to work Use the old doors for a template. Torch off the fasteners. It seems 3-4 hours to do a trailer, if memory serves correctly.
I think you can by a complete door assembly from a dealer also, but that may be spendy.
