Bought one off of Craig's list. Water and wind tight. His ad's usually say, call Ken, with a 618 area code.  Great to deal with and cheaper than the other guys out there.  Guy that he had deliver it was great also.  I didn't set mine on the ground, I used some RR ties to keep it up off the dirt.
