I got sandblast hoses a couple years ago from a place called IDS Blast. They have a nice website (www.idsblast.com) and at the time had a "chat" option on the home page so I got on that and told the guy what I was looking for and he set me up with part #'s and stuff really quick. Was very easy I thought and decent prices.
