Does the truck/trailer have uni mount hubs on it (single fastener) ? I would guess if it 2000  or newer it would be a uni 10 bolt. If you have a wheel. take a straight edge across the outer edge. Approx. 7" to the center plate is a 0 offset. 9" is 2' offset. Depending on application sometimes there is a concern of wheel bearing loading on 2" or greater offset.
