250 is the speed listed in my manual. Thanks to both of you for the quick help. It can be frustrating to stop the machine because of an electronics/computer problem when you have beans that will cut and everything else is working. Looks like I have all the little bugs worked out now except for running a few calibration loads, cut in earnest this afternoon with any luck. Thanks ... :)
