Are you using Firefox? They decided in the latest version that it would run faster (lots of speed competition among browsers) if they disabled Adobe Flash. Now each time you need it you have to click a couple of times to let it activate. And sometimes you don't get a pop-up asking for permission. Grrrrrrr. I've been a long-time Firefox user but considering switching.
