NAT has been blazing fast for me all weekend.  So, I suspect the problem is with your ISP.  If so, there is nothing we can do about the problem.  Have you tried IE?  I ran Firefox until version 3 came out.  Version 3 had some bugs in it that gave problems (esp. with Vista).  Our new server is running much faster, but a much of the problems with a slow internet connection can be network related.  The network (between you and the NAT server) can have problems that will slow you down.  That network is out of our control.
