Subject: Long term no till vs tile plow ditches

SE Iowa
Have a farm that was pattern tiled w/ a plow in the fall of '07. Worked the ground with an M&W Earthmaster and then ran soil finisher on it this spring. It was in pretty good condition overall to plant into. Over the course of the summer, the ditches became quite pronounced again. The current ground cover is corn stalks thru a Geringhoff Rotadisk corn head. The desire is to return the farm to long term no till asap. What do you passionate no tillers do to restore order to your tiled fields without boiling the dirt for years on end? Creative and effective solutions, anyone?
