Am considering doing some strip till next year. Most years just spread dry over the top and disk it in. I am in pretty sandy soil so have never put on fertilizer while planting. My question is putting the fertilizer 5 or 6 inches deep, is there a negitive yield impact having the corn plant not get to that fertilizer early during the growin season.
